US PGA CHAMPIONSHIP In June, a one-legged Tiger Woods won the U.S. Open in a playoff over Rocco Mediate. Their score in regulation at Torrey Pines was 1-under par. Last month at Royal Birkdale, Padraig Harrington defended his British Open title with a 3-over total that earned him a four-shot victory.
