Usually, this decision isn't overwhelmingly difficult. The PGA Tour advisory board, a compilation of PGA Tour stars and executives, may sit down and consider names to place on the "Player of the Year" Ballot, but with full knowledge that only one man has a chance to win. Because of the absence of Tiger Woods this season coupled with dominant performances by Europe's Padraig Harrington (pictured left), this decision has become much more difficult for those casting a ballot.
